Delete your Animal Farm account

Delete it in the app (immediate)

Open Animal Farm.
Tap the “Me” tab (your animal, bottom right).
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you return to the start screen.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@seoulcomix.com with the subject “Delete my Animal Farm account”. We don’t collect names, emails or phone numbers, so tell us your animal’s name and look and roughly when and where you signed up; if you linked Apple or Google sign-in, say which. We may ask a follow-up question to make sure the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and reply when it’s done.

What is deleted

Your account: your animal’s name and look, gender, birth year and month, age range setting and login keys
Your public position on the map
Linked Apple or Google sign-in IDs
Your chats and messages, match records and block list
Location-use records (who used location, how and when — never coordinates)

What is kept, and for how long

Reports you made or received are kept for 1 year to handle them and any disputes, then deleted.
Where the law requires longer retention, we keep the data for that period only.
